Printique Return Policy and Price Adjustment Policy
Not sure if your artistic vision is reflected in the quality of your Printique print? You can contact the company and request a replacement or a refund by contacting customer service within 30 days of receiving your order. The company will ask for a picture and description of the issue as well as your name and order number. If the product is determined to be defective, the company will give you a free replacement or offer a refund in the form of a store credit gift card. It doesn't look like there is a way to get a refund sent directly to your credit card.
Printique does not offer price adjustments or price matching at this time.
