How To Get Free Shipping at Nordstrom Rack
All orders over $100 automatically qualify for free shipping. There are also occasional online deals that offer a lower shipping price, so it's always worth checking for these promos.
Nordstrom Rack Return Policy
Items must be returned within 90 days in-store or via mail. Nordstrom Rack can accept returns after 90 days at their discretion, but will only refund 50% of the original sale price. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Items must not be worn, altered or damaged. Items purchased from Home, Beauty and Vintage events are final sale. Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender or a gift card.
Nordstrom Rack’s Price Adjustment Policy
If you find an identical item at a lower price at one of Nordstrom Rack's competitors, they will match the competitor's price. You can get a price adjustment on a sale item within 14 days of purchase. It does not look like Nordstrom Rack will match a competitor’s in-store coupon.
