Pier 1 Imports Return Policy
You can return your Pier 1 Imports purchase within 45 days of the original transaction, as long as the item is in its original condition and comes along with proof of purchase. If you're a My Pier 1 Rewards program member, you have 60 days. If you don't have proof of purchase, you can still get an exchange or a merchandise credit gift card for the item's current selling price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Pier 1 Imports Price Adjustment Policy
This retailer will give you a one-time price adjustment on your recent purchase if an item goes down in price after you've bought it. You have to request the price adjustment within 14 days after the original transaction, and you must provide proof of purchase. Pier 1 Imports will not furnish a price adjustment on seasonal items.
