Overstock Return Policy and Price Adjustment Policy
As long as you return your new, unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery, Overstock will issue a full refund for your purchase. You have to fill out a return initiation form before you ship your item back, which can be found under My Account. If you aren't a Club O member, you may need to pay the cost of return shipping if the item is not defective.
Overstock does not offer price adjustments, but Club O members are allowed to request a price match from any of Overstock’s competitors.
