Michaels Return Policy
The return policy at Michaels is quite lenient, you have up until 180 days after your purchase if you want to get a full refund. Your returned merchandise should be in resalable condition with its original packaging intact. You must provide proof of purchase to receive a full refund, but you can still get a partial refund as a store credit if you don't have your receipt or can't find the transaction under your account. Custom framing orders can be revised or repaired within 14 days after pickup.
Michaels Price Adjustment Policy
Did your recent purchase go on sale right after you bought it? If this happens to you, don’t sweat it—you can request a price adjustment up to seven days after the original transaction.
Get the Best Shipping Price
There are two ways to get free shipping from Michaels. Periodically, it will offer a promotion where you can get free shipping if you spend over a certain amount—this can be as little as $0 and as much as $100. Otherwise, your best bet is to look for items that come with free shipping, they will be labeled as such on the product description page. Purchase the art supplies or crafts and hobbies items you need and get free shipping on selected items. You won’t need to use a Michaels coupon to get this offer, as it’ll automatically at checkout if your items qualify.
