Zenni Optical Return Policy and Price Adjustment Policy
Are your new glasses not quite right or not what you wanted? You have up until 30 days after delivery to request a Return Authorization from the company. If it's strictly an aesthetic issue or a user mistake, you can opt for a 50% refund to your credit card or other original method of payment, or you can receive a full refund in the form of a store credit gift card. Unused accessories can be refunded in the same way, but you'll get the full amount back either way. If there was a manufacturing or company error, you can have your order remade or receive a full refund. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
