If your merchandise does not fall under any of these categories, you can expect a full refund as long as you make your return within 30 days of invoice. Your refund will be returned to your credit card or other original method of payment, but you can opt for a store credit gift card as well. You are responsible for shipping charges, handling fees and a 15% restocking fee, unless the return is due to defective products or company error.
