Southwest Airlines does not have any percent-off discounts, but members of the military qualify for a fixed military fare. Southwest Airlines Vacations Return Policy
Sometimes, life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your vacation package, you're not totally out of luck. Southwest does not charge cancellation or change fees, but you might have to pay anywhere from $0 to 100% of your booking total in third-party supplier fees from hotels, resorts and rental companies. You can't get a refund on your flight, but you can exchange it for another Southwest flight at a later date. To request a refund, get in touch with Southwest Vacations within 90 days of your departure date, but no later than 24 hours before you leave.
Southwest Airlines Vacations Price Adjustment Policy
Southwest Vacations does not offer price adjustments, but you can get a price match on your vacation package if you find the same listing for cheaper on another site. The package type, number of passengers, fare type, hotel and every other variable must be completely identical and the lower price cannot include any promo codes or discounted rates. If you are eligible for a price match, you'll receive the difference in the form of a Southwest travel credit, which more or less works like a gift card.
