Road Runner Sports Return Policy and Price Adjustment Policy
The Road Runner Sports return policy depends on whether or not you are a VIP Family Rewards member. If you aren't, you must return your items in new and unused condition within 60 days. VIP Family members have the same rules, but they can return used shoes, socks and insoles within 90 days. VIP Family Plus members enjoy all of the same, but they can return any used item within 90 days. If you are returning an online order, you have to fill out a return form and package it with your returned merchandise before shipping it back to the company.
