You can get free stuff and earn points towards future PetSmart purchases by joining the PetSmart Treats Rewards Program. Members of this loyalty program earn eight points for every dollar spent in-store and online. This even includes grooming, PetsHotel and Doggie Day Camp expenses.
You can redeem points on any product or service that PetSmart offers. Treats members receive free shipping on orders over $49, exclusive online deals and discounts as well as advance notice for sales and in-store events. Your pet gets rewarded too — Treats will give them a free surprise on their birthday.
Save On Boarding With Status-Based Discounts
While everyone has access to the same coupon codes and sales, some groups can save a little extra at PetSmart. If you would like to board your pet at a PetsHotel, PetSmart offers a 10% senior citizen discount and military discount. First Responders can also take advantage of this discount. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like PetSmart has a student discount at this time.
PetSmart Return Policy
If you need to return something purchased from a PetSmart store or the website, you have 60 days from the date on your receipt to return your purchase. Your refund will be credited towards your credit card or other original method of payment. You will have to pay the cost of shipping if you need to mail your return back to the retailer. You can't return electronic collars and fences, grooming tools, filters and pet medications.
PetSmart Price Matching and Price Adjustment Policy
If you find a lower price on a PetSmart item at another retailer's store (not valid on online pricing) or the PetSmart website, they will match the price as long as you provide proof of the lower price. PetSmart does not match prices on pets or services, and they do not match prices from Amazon, eBay and discount websites.
Get the Best Shipping Price
Get free shipping when you sign up for a Treats membership and spend over $49 before tax. Select products, such as fresh or frozen pet food and live animals don't qualify for this offer. Once you reach the minimum spending requirement, the discount will apply to your total.
You can save 5% on your order total when you purchase your goods online and then pick them up in a store. Check if your order is eligible, as some exclusions apply.
When you enroll in the Autoship program, you'll earn a 5% discount each time you place an order. Pick the items you want shipped and the intervals that work best for you. You'll get free shipping when your Autoship orders are more than $49, so it pays to order everything at once.
