Mango Return Policy
The return policy varies, depending on whether or not you are making a return in-store or online. Online purchases can be returned either way, but in-store purchases cannot be mailed back to the company. If you are returning via USPS Dropoff, you have 30 days after the delivery date to request a refund or exchange. In-store returns and regular mail returns can be made up until 60 days after receiving your order. Merchandise must be in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. Intimatewear must have its protective liner intact to be eligible for return. Items purchased via gift card can only be exchanged, you will not get a refund. You are still responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Mango Price Adjustment Policy
Mango will honor a one-time price adjustment request on an item that has dropped in price within 14 days after you purchased it. You can only ask for a price adjustment for the first mark-down, in the event that there have been multiple. Items that are on sale rather than permanently reduced in price are not eligible for a price adjustment.
