Regardless of the time of year, you should always check this page before heading to the Bonobos website or your local retail store. You never know what kinds of online promo codes and in-store coupons might be available. Even if you can't find a promo code that works on your order, you can still save money by referring friends to the store, qualifying for free shipping and signing up for the company's email newsletter.
How to Use a Bonobos Coupon
Once you've found the perfect selection of swim trunks, blazers, shoes and accessories, it's time to check out. Now that you've filled up your cart, head to your Shopping Cart to enter your coupon code. Enter your discount code in the field that says "Apply a promo code" and your discount should be applied automatically. If you're shopping in-store, the process is even easier. Simply present your printable coupons or in-store promo codes to the cashier to unlock in-store deals and discounts.
Bonobos does not have a written policy regarding stackable coupons. Some promos and online discounts can't be combined and some items are not eligible for further discount, but it's still worth trying out multiple codes if you're feeling lucky.
Subscribe to the Bonobos Email Program
Don’t close the pop-up box when you first enter the site—you can sign up for the company's email list and get a 20% Bonobos promo code to use for your next order. You closed it, didn’t you? Don’t sweat it, you can also sign up at the bottom of the homepage. The 20% offer is only for new customers and you must take advantage of it within 48 hours of signing up. Bonobos emails are also full of offers and information about new arrivals, so it pays to keep an eye on the company’s promotional emails.
Refer a Friend and Save
Bonobos may not have your standard points-based loyalty program or rewards program, but you can still earn rewards towards future purchases by participating in the retailer's referral program. When you share your unique referral code with a potential new customer, that person will receive a 25% off coupon code that can be applied towards their first purchase. Once they've completed their transaction, you'll receive the same discount. Referral discounts can't be stacked with one another or used in conjunction with another coupon.
Save With Status-Based Discounts
Bonobos offers money-saving teacher, military and student discounts. After providing the required documentation, you'll receive a Bonobos coupon code for 15% off for you to use up to five times per year. Student and teacher discounts must be used during the academic year. Student discounts only apply to those studying at U.S. colleges, universities or graduate schools. Teachers at colleges, universities and K-12 schools are all eligible for the teacher discount. The military discount is available for active-duty personnel and veterans.
Bonobos does not currently offer a senior citizen discount.
Bonobos Return Policy and Price Adjustment Policy
You have 45 days after receiving your items to return any unwanted products for a refund. That period extends to 90 days if you would like your return in the form of a store credit gift card. Contact the company to obtain a return authorization number and Bonobos will email you a prepaid return shipping label. You can also drop off returns for free at one of the company's Guideshop store locations.
If something you purchase goes on sale or becomes eligible for a promotion within 14 days of the day you bought it, Bonobos will match the lower price and refund the difference.
