Finance Large Purchases with the Big Lots Credit Card
If you are planning on making a large purchase at Big Lots, you can choose to finance it through the Big Lots Credit Card. If approved, you can finance the purchase of most large furniture items and appliances. If you don't want to get credit involved, you can opt for a Progressive Leasing plan instead.
Big Lots Return Policy
Most items purchased at Big Lots can be returned for a full refund, as long as you abide by the company's return policy. Items purchased online must be made before the return-by date printed on its packing slip. For items bought in-store, you have 30 days after the original date of purchase. In both cases, returned items must be in original condition with packaging intact, accompanied by proof of payment. Online returns may incur a 20% processing fee plus the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective product or company error.
Big Lots Price Adjustment Policy
Big Lots has a very lenient price adjustment policy. If you purchase an item from the Big Lots website or your local store just to find that it has gone on sale soon after, you have up until 30 days to request a price adjustment. You must provide proof of the lower price along with your receipt when you speak with customer service or a store associate.

The cost of shipping depends on whether or not there is currently a free shipping promotion running. The minimum spending threshold can be as low as $59 and as high as $100, so it’s worth checking often to confirm the current amount. Oversize items are shipped through the Big! Delivery Service, which will run you an additional $110 in flat rate shipping fees.
