Foot Locker Return Policy
Foot Locker guarantees your satisfaction with the style and fit of your purchases. If they don't fit, you can request a new size, completely free. Make sure you initiate this exchange within 45 days of purchase and that your shoes are in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. For a full refund, the same rules apply but you must make your return within 30 days of the original transaction. Use free in-store returns or print a prepaid SmartLabel. However, note that the company will deduct $6.99 from the refund for the cost of return shipping. Your refund will be returned to your credit card, gift card or other original method of payment.
